I enjoyed the genuinely professional staff and plentiful breakfasts. I had twin/double room which was cosy, lovely bed. Location was right next to lakes and parks. Brand-new place with exceptional service too. Besides, the parking was on site.

Our stay here was brilliant, superb base for exploring Hanoi. Obviously we loved the fab location. Very clean beds in our double room. The staff were comprehensive and the building was very pleasant. True 4-star experience, very good service.

Had FAIRLY NICE 3 nights here. The hotel was in the heart of Hanoi, and we were just a short stroll away from a lively market. New area. Nice gardens on the territory.
